In addition to focusing on your alignment and all the usual stuff, don’t forget to give your shoulders some love and opening too. Reverse plank is surprisingly tough but feels crazy good on a pair of tight shoulders. This one and partner shoulder stretches are definitely worth adding into your regular practice!
